Le Club regroupe actuellement plus de 1 500 membres.

Le Club social Victoria inc. a été constitué le 16 décembre 1974 en vertu de la Loi sur les compagnies, partie 3 (RLRQ, C. C-38), sous le numéro d’entreprise du Québec 1143562990.

Le Club est propriétaire de l’ameublement de ses locaux mais il est locataire du bâtiment avec un bail le liant à la Ville de Québec.

À sa fondation, le Club social Victoria regroupait des employés de la Ville de Québec. Aujourd’hui, tous les employés et retraités de la Ville de Québec, toutes catégories d’emploi confondues, peuvent devenir membres du Club. Les gens qui ne sont pas employés de la Ville de Québec peuvent aussi devenir membres s’ils sont référés par un membre actif ou retraité.

Il existe trois types de membre.

Membre actif
Toute personne à l’emploi de la Ville de Québec :

• à qui l’employeur a attribué un numéro d’identification (ID);
• un conjoint ou une conjointe d’un employé membre;
• toute personne qui était membre actif en règle au moment de son transfert à un organisme publique décidé par une loi ou une entente officielle.

Toute personne qui était à l’emploi de la Ville de Québec avant la date de sa retraite ainsi que son conjoint ou sa conjointe.

Membre associé
Toute personne autre qu’une personne qui a été un employé de la Ville de Québec qui partage les objectifs ainsi que les orientations du Club et qui est référé par un membre actif ou un membre retraité.
